(3) Each time the chip is welded, short-circuit the power supply and the ground with a multimeter.
3, found that there is a short circuit phenomenon, take a board to cut off the wire, gradually eliminate.
4. Use short-circuit positioning analyzer.
5, the method of increasing the current check: the use of low voltage and high current, below 5V, 3-5A high current, generally speaking, the heating part is short circuit.
6, if there is a BGA chip, due to the difficulty of BGA welding, if the machine does not automatically weld, you need to pay attention to one point, that is, the adjacent power supply and the grounding of the two welding balls short circuit.
7, small size table after the capacitor welding must be careful, especially the power filter capacitor, it is easy to cause short circuit of the power supply and ground.
